The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, as stated in the Report of the Working Group E/CN.4/2004/79
has been adopted by 30 votes in favour to 2 against and 12 abstentions.
The
2 negative votes are from Canada and the Russian Federation.
